Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an Item damaged or faulty Love Lashes London will offer an exchange . If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 28 days of receipt.
Please note all lashes are handmade, therefore each one will be slightly different this would only be minor.
Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our manufacturer.
To complete your return/exchange, we require a email, receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact Paypal or your bank directly.
It may take some time (generally 3 - 5 working days (UK) and 5 - 10 (Worldwide)) before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send photos of any defect before returning it. Please note all products must be in there original packaging and untampered. This will be reported and sent back to our manufacturers.

Love Lashes London refund and exchange policy will not affect your statutory rights.
